We take pride in the quality of our products. However, please note that colors may vary slightly due to different computer screen settings. Sizes listed are approximate and intended for display purposes only. Designs may also vary.

Shipping Charges:
If you received free or reduced shipping with your order, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount upon return.

Return Policy:

  • Our return policy lasts for seven days after your order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return.
  • Please do not return your order without contacting us first.
  • Items returned after seven days of delivery will not be accepted unless due to our mistake.
  • Products damaged or missing components due to reasons other than our fault will not be eligible for return.

Replacement Policy:

Refund Process:

  • Upon receipt and review of your return, we will notify you via email or phone regarding the acceptance or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within ten days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
  • Refunds for online payments will be reversed for the ordered product.
  • Refunds may take up to 20 working days to reflect in your account.

Exclusions:

  • Goods purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless faulty.
